2012 Amateur Photography Show and Contest
This contest is for anyone who qualifies as an amateur photographer as defined in the 2012 Contest & Exhibition Rules. This show is not limited to Putnam County residents. Entry dates for the contest are February 20 - 27. Please click on this link to read the 2012 Contest & Exhibition Rules.
Submitting photographers and their families are invited to the reception and awards ceremony at The Plaza Arts Center on March 16 from 5:30-6:30 P.M. Best in Show winners will be announced at that time.
The public can view the exhibition at the Plaza Arts Center between March 17 and March 25 on the following days and times:
Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 5:00
Saturday: 10:00 - 4:00
Sunday: 2:00 - 4:00

2011 Advanced Photography Show Winners Announced!
Congratulations to Ken Bryson for winning "Best in Show" with his entry entitled "Backyard Nautilus." Winner of the "First in Show" award was Charles Dyer, "Second in Show" was Leigh Lofgren and "Third in Show" was Chris Manners. Congratulations also go to those receiving 1st, 2nd and 3rd place ribbons in each of the individual categories. We thank all contestants for their inspired entries and encourage photographers to start working on entries for the 2012 Amateur Show and Contest in the spring. The definition of "amateur" and all contest details and rules will be available on the website soon.
