The Putnam Alliance for the Performing Arts (PAPA)
PAPA was founded and incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1978 to establish performance opportunities for local interests and talents. In 2008, PAPA came under the umbrella of The Eatonton-Putnam Arts Foundation, Inc. (EPAF) which oversees the programming, operation, and maintenance of The Plaza Arts Center. PAPA productions are open for participation by anyone in the community. Auditions are publicized in newspapers, email blasts, and by public announcements whenever possible.
