Rainey Gallagher

Director of the Eatonton-Putnam Arts Foundation

Rainey Gallagher is a native of Elkhart, IN and lived in several states before making Putnam County her home. Rainey received her degree from Indiana University, where she studied performing arts and education. She has a background is in performing arts, community service, sales, and customer service. She has two sons.

Rainey's involvement with The Plaza began in 2003 as she joined the Meet Me at The Plaza Summer Concert Series Committee to raise funds for the renovation of the old school. She was hired by EPAF on a part-time basis in 2010, and was hired on full-time in the summer of 2012 as the Director of the Eatonton-Putnam Arts Foundation. She and Nicole Richard naturally came together as a great team and together, the continued growth of The Plaza Arts Center and its offerings remain a top priority in what they consider their "dream job." As Director of the Eatonton-Putnam Arts Foundation, Rainey is responsible for public relations, community outreach, and financial contributions such as the Plaza Partner Membership Program and Grants.
